Chairman - Tom Nyman
Nyman is Founder and Partner at Pod Venture Partners. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University and brings more than twenty years of operational experience from high growth companies. Nyman has held a number of important positions such as the CEO in Jobline, CFO in the Kinnevik group, CEO in Airtime, controller at MTG and CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has been member of boards at several companies within the IKT sector, in media and business service.

Board member - Eva Lindqvist
Lindqvist is chairman of Xelerated and board member of Schibstedt, ASSA ABLOY, Niscayah Group, Transmode and Nordia Innovation. In addition, Lindqvist is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). Lindqvists previous positions within the Telia Group includes President of Telia International Carrier and Senior Vice President of Mobile Business at TeliaSonera. She also has a long background in various positions within Ericsson. Lindqvist has previously been board member of both Trolltech and Fast Search & Transfer.

Board member - Kirsten English
English is presently CEO of Grenfell PAI in London, and non executive Director of Atrium Network, a UK based connectivity platform serving major financial organisations. She has a background in strategic business development/growing companies and has worked as CEO, General Manager and Entrepreneur in residence for a major US Private Equity firm. Her experience includes FTSE 100, Nasdaq, private, international and start up businesses. Amongst others, English was CEO of Reuters Norway and Iceland and Director of Internal Communications for the Reuters Group in London.

Board member - André V. Demarest
Demarest was employed in Oslo as the Senior VP of Finance and Administration for Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST) until August 2006.  He subsequently acted as a Financial Advisor to FAST until August 2008 as the company was bought out by Microsoft the same year. Demarest previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Transaction Services. He also served as Treasurer and Chairman of the Board for the American Chamber of Commerce in Norway.
