Before joining Birdstep Torbjörn Sandberg held the position as CEO at Service Factory (now part of Birdstep Technology), where he led the development of the company’s new strategy and turned the operations into profitability. Before that he was Vice President, Business Operations at WaterCove Networks, where he was responsible for the European roll out of WaterCove’s products and services. WaterCove Networks got sold to Alcatel in 2004.
Mr Sandberg has also had an extensive career with Ericsson, having held a number of executive and senior positions, most recently as VP Sales & Marketing Ericsson Home Communications. Sandberg holds a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management & Engineering from the Linköping Institute of Technology.
Alex Gundersen

Prior to joining Birdstep in April 2009, Alex Gundersen was the Chief Financial Officer of Dolphin Interconnect Solutions, a hardware and software company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Dolphin, Mr Gundersen worked as a consultant specializing in management, business development and equity financing. He held several senior positions at corporate level in Hafslund Nycomed ASA (Now GE Healthcare, a world leader in the field Medical Imaging), including Senior Vice President and head of Corporate Strategy and Development as well as Vice President Finance, and head of Department of Investor Relations.
Mr Gundersen is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.
Mr Gundersen holds a Master of Business degree from The Norwegian School of Business Administration (NHH).
Maria Good

Prior to joining Birdstep Ms Good held the position as Controller at McNeil Sweden AB, the consumer health Care Division of Johnson & Johnson in Sweden. Prior to McNeil Sweden AB Ms Good was the Chief Financial Officer of Service Factory (now part of Birdstep Technology). Ms Good has also worked at the management consulting firm Ahrens Rapid Growth where her assignments covered a wide span of areas including research, marketing and project management. Ms Good has also a background as recruitment consultant from Poolia AB.
Ms Good has a Degree of Bachelor in social science with a major in Sociology with Specialization in Personnel, Work and Organization from Stockholm University, Sweden.
Stephen Morris

Stephen Morris brings to Birdstep an extensive background in international sales, business development and product management within the IT and Telecommunications sectors. Prior to Birdstep, Mr Morris worked as Sales Director at Terraplay Systems in Sweden, previous to which he worked in Sales and Business Development within the IT Sector in the APAC region.
Mr Morris holds a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and Political Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Chris Langridge

Before joining Birdstep Mr. Langridge held the position as VP Strategic Marketing and Business Development of Aramova. Mr. Langridge also served as Managing Director of Aramova Europe. He brings over 17 years of sales, marketing, and entrepreneurial experience to Birdstep. Previously, Mr Langridge was President and founder of Icirq, a custom solutions vendor providing next generation subscriber access products to EMEA.
Prior to that, Mr. Langridge spent more than ten years in the Far East, principally in Japan, where he was CEO of Media J - a new media consulting service. Mr Langridge holds a degree from L'Ecole Nationale Supérieure Des Arts Décoratives in Paris.
Anders Storm

Anders Storm brings to Birdstep a broad background in operations and engineering within the telecom and mobile communications industry. Mr Storm comes from the position as Head of Development and IT of Tekis AB. Mr Storm has also had an extensive career within Sony Ericsson, having held a number of leading positions, most recently as Head of Program Management
Mr Storm holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology.
Michael O. Jönsson

Michael O. Jönsson have been active in the Telco arena since 1989 and brings to Birdstep an extensive background in international sales and business development within the IT and Telecommunications sectors world-wide. Prior to Birdstep, Michael has worked as VP EMEA for Lavastorm / MDA and prior that several sales management positions within Ericsson Group - latest responsible for their fixed line business in Americas.
Michael Jönsson holds an MsC in Engineering from the Royal Danish Engineering Academy, Copenhagen, combined with later degrees within internal marketing & sales as well as management.
Tim Carter

Tim Carter has been active in the enterprise mobility market since 1995. He brings to Birdstep extensive management, sales and channel development experience gained delivering some of the world's most successful and high profile workforce mobilisation projects. Before joining Birdstep Mr Carter served as VP Sales at Handstep, a leading supplier of enterprise mobility solutions in Scandinavia. Prior to that Tim held VP Sales roles at Appear Networks and XcelleNet / Sybase iAnywhere, responsible for successful product launches of mobile device management and security products in EMEA.
Tim holds a BA (Hons) degree in French and European Studies from Manchester University.
